1. Introduction

At Association of Cumilla Old Cadets (ACOC), we strive to ensure our members and participants are satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to our events, memberships, and donations.

2. Event Registration Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your event registration, please contact us at least 7 working days before the event date. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approved cancellation.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Donations and membership dues are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified or in cases of technical error.

5. Event Cancellation by ACOC

If ACOC cancels an event, registered participants will be notified and full refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
